Leadership Development Committee
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Committees
The Leadership Development Committee is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the overarching Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Leadership Program. The committee reviews and approves existing leadership programs and courses offered by the Academy, and suggests changes and/or the creation of new programs and courses based on perceived gaps.

Job description
Responsibilities
- Attend two meetings each year:
- Meeting at the Annual Meeting to review all leadership programs and current Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Leadership Program objectives.
- October meeting to review all leadership program/course activities for the upcoming year.
- Participate in conference calls with other Committee members on relevant issues as they arise throughout the year.
- Assist in setting Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Leadership Program priorities and identifying opportunities.
