The Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» (Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³») Board of Directors delegates responsibility to the Compensation Committee for overseeing the total compensation program and approving the total rewards arrangements for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and annually reviewing the performance of the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Review compensation philosophy and make changes as needed.
- Review CEO total rewards and recommend any additional adjustments to the board for approval.
- Annually review the performance of the CEO.
