Meeting details

  • The Executive Committees include the President, President Elect, Treasurer, and at least two other members from the Board of Directors appointed by the President, and the CEO, ex officio, non-voting.
  • Meetings may be conducted in person, by conference call, or other electronic means of communication.
  • The actions of the Executive Committees are reported during the next meeting of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Board of Directors.

Estimated time commitment

Participate in bi-weekly, one-hour conference calls.
