Serendipitous connections

Connect and learn with your peers through networking opportunities, unique events, and more throughout the meeting. The following are highlights from the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Annual Meeting Party

Attendees came together with friends and colleagues for an electrifying night of science, celebration, and connection when the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ took over the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry! They enjoyed an unforgettable evening of fabulous food, libations, and toe-tapping live tunes.

Run/Walk for Brain Health

Participants laced up their sneakers and joined colleagues at the Run/Walk for Brain Health, a 5K supporting the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­'s Brain Health Initiative. Whether running or walking, participation helped fund the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­’s work to improve lives and make a meaningful impact on the landscape of brain health.

Futures in Neurological Research Boot Camp

Futures in Neurological Research Boot Camp was the perfect opportunity for medical students, residents, and fellows to receive resources on successful research strategies and outcomes, and take part in valuable networking and table discussions.

Medical Student Symposium: Careers in Neurology

Medical students familiarized themselves with the various subspecialty areas in neurology while making meaningful connections with residents and neurologists. 

Business Administrator Day

An entire day of content created specifically to support administrators and other business decision leaders in neurology organizations. The day featured a keynote speaker and networking sessions.

Health Care Equity Symposium

Attendees learned to recognize disparities in care for specific neurological conditions and how to modify practice to promote neurological health equity. View program.

Trainee and Faculty Networking Reception

Trainees and faculty heard others’ experiences and shared their own, while learning about prospects of clerkship, residency, fellowships, and other neurology career opportunities. Learn more.

APP colleagues connected and built community at the Consortium of Neurology Advanced Practice Providers (CNAPP) Networking Reception. Learn more.

In Conjunction With (ICW) Meetings

Affiliated organizations host functions during Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­-approved dates and times in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Learn more.

Section showcases and poster tours

Showcasing one of 40+ Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ sections representing a broad range of neurological subspecialties and interests. Attendees came together to collaborate and learn about timely topics from neurology communities in a discussion-based format. See the schedule.

Charcot'd Breakers

A captivating puzzle series located throughout the convention center that is designed exclusively for neurologists and brain enthusiasts. Puzzlers who solved all the brain-teasing challenges won a prize. 

Brain breaks

Rest is good for your brain! Attendees took a mental pause, relaxed, and refreshed with friends over these fun activities throughout the convention center.

The exhibit hall featured social and networking events, including:

  • Networking crawl: A walking food tour around the exhibit hall with delicious fare while discovering new cuisines—and new contacts.
  • Puppy park: Pet, play, and snap photos with lots of cute, furry friends.
  • Professional headshots: A free professional headshot, perfect for LinkedIn, company profiles, or your next big opportunity.
  • Buzz cafes: Grab a coffee and explore the hall.
  • Passport: Visit a world of neuroscience exhibitors each day for the chance to win prizes.
