This program was an invaluable experience that helped me know myself more deeply, articulate my strengths and values more clearly, and identify and improve areas of needed growth in my personal and professional life. The professional relationships and friendships developed through the program will continue long after its completion. Even as we were forced into meeting virtually during the pandemic, the program continued to be just as powerful.
