The growth mindset is the idea that people can learn and grow with practice, perseverance and effort.  In this Circle Talk, attendees will learn the differences between a growth and fixed mindset, discover the five circumstances where mindset can affect outcomes, and discuss ways to develop a growth mindset for personal and professional development.
