Learning Objectives Participants should be able to: recognize and manage cognitive impairment in persons with MS; recognize, diagnose, and develop a basic therapeutic plan for the management of the most commonly encountered sleep disorders in the MS population, including hypersomia, insomnia, and motor disturbances of sleep; and list potential benefits of exercise for persons with MS and suggest an appropriate exercise regimen.
