General Neurology
Jennifer Bickel, MD, FÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­, and Jeffrey Dewey, MD, MHS, FÂ鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­, will lead you through a 45-minute session examining physician burnout through the lens of work appreciation and organizational culture, informed by findings from the most recent Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ burnout survey. The course highlights how recognition, value alignment, and everyday workplace practices influence physician well-being and professional fulfillment. Participants will review key burnout trends and insights identified in the survey and explore practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningfully acknowledging physician contributions and fostering a culture of appreciation.
