Participants should be able to define imposter syndrome and its role in professional fulfillment; describe prevalence and pathophysiology of imposter syndrome in physicians; apply techniques rooted in positive psychology to overcome imposter syndrome in neurology training; identify the role of advocacy in overcoming imposter syndrome; list actionable ways to advocate as trainees at the unit, departmental, institutional, and national levels; and develop an action plan to address imposterism and expand advocacy sphere of influence using resources offered by the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­.
