Our neurology profession has a family tree with deep roots in the past and it has grown through learning, discovery, and our collective identity as neurologists. The way neurologists teach influences not only what learners know, but how the field itself is perceived and experienced and whether it invites curiosity or creates distance. This talk focuses on the neurology family and how thinking strategically about helping others thrive shapes the field itself.
