Discover effective strategies for onboarding, training, and retaining key staff, with a focus on supporting APPs and MAs while fostering a strong, sustainable team environment. Participants should be able to apply best practices for onboarding and training advanced practice providers (APPs), medical assistants (MAs), and other key staff; identify strategies to support and retain APPs in both clinical and administrative roles; implement effective engagement and retention approaches for MAs and practice management staff; and foster a supportive team culture that promotes long-term staff satisfaction and performance.
