Practice, Policy, and Ethics
This session will feature panelists with a variety of experiences in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic neurology. Participants should learn strategies and tactics to infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion into the core academic missions of a neurology department. Discussions will focus on how departments can advance health equity within their clinical programs, enhance recruitment of diverse subjects in clinical trials, and how we can ensure support for faculty who lead pipeline programs and community engagement.
