Participants should be able to define menopause, describe the neuro-endocrinological changes occuring during menopause, and list the specific neurologic symptoms of its differentiated clinical stages; recognize the changes in brain structure, connectivity, and energy metabolism occurring during menopause; provide examples of neurologic conditions likely to exacerbate during menopause; and recognize the biomakers of neurologic disorders such as Alzheimer's disease in menopausal females.
