Learning Objectives Participants will learn about the pathophysiology of the most common and challenging headaches for the clinician; recognize the main semiology characteristics of migraine and the most frequent trigeminal-autonomic headaches; analyze the distinctive characteristics of episodic and chronic migraine and trigeminal-autonomic headaches through clinical cases; present the main non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatments, preventive and for the acute management of migraine and trigeminal-autonomic headaches; and be able to recognize the main phytopathogenic mechanisms, and the semiological characteristics, establish a differential diagnosis and approach to migraine and the most frequent trigeminal-autonomic headaches therapeutically.
