Aging/Dementia/Degenerative Disease, Critical Care, Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology (EEG), Cerebrovascular Disease and Interventional Neurology, Movement Disorders, Neuro-oncology, Neuro-ophthalmology/Neuro-otology
Participants should have knowledge of the most current recommendations for the diagnosis and therapy of movement disorders, epilepsy, stroke, dementia, headache, sleep, neuroinfectious diseases, multiple sclerosis, and pain; be aware of new therapies in neuro-oncology and use the latest diagnostic tools when evaluating the patient with a neurologic disorder in the intensive care unit; be aware of new ideas to improve the care of patients with neuromuscular disorders and neuro-otological conditions; have a better understanding of neuro-ophthalmology; know the benefits and limitations of the laboratory tests for the ataxias; and have knowledge and feel more comfortable with the pregnant patient with a neurologic disorder.
