By fostering open conversation and perspective, goals include opening up avenues of dialogue to various colleagues and potential allies in care delivery models. From larger academic Neurology departments, to single private practice, understanding the impacts of implicit bias that can take a toll on the neurologists themselves, and ways to be allies and mitigate these responses will be discussed here.
