The Research Program Subcommittee oversees the components of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Research Program, including but not limited to request for application (RFA) and the creation and expert review process. This subcommittee also develops and manages Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ grant collaboration and endorsement.

Job description

The Research Program Subcommittee manages the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Research Program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Research Program including but not limited to:
• Creating and approving Request for Applications (RFAs) for research program
• Providing a cursory and expert review of Research Program applications
• Appointing volunteer expert reviewers for Research Program application process
• Other yearly duties as needed
• Assist in identifying top funding needs and priorities
• Provide resources for researchers at all career levels

Meeting schedule

There will be four meetings annually: three virtual and one in-person during the fall in Minneapolis.

Estimated time commitment

Two hours per month (excluding in-person meetings).
