Participants should become familiar with methods to teach and assess professionalism, ethics, and communication skills in the clinical setting as well as obtain an understanding of the challenges of assessment of professionalism. Participants should also gain new insights into dealing with the "problem" medical student and resident through sharing of experiences in a panel discussion setting.
