Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to discuss how quality of care is measured through our current billing system; describe how hierarchical condition categories (HCC) and risk adjustment factor (RAF) are used by payers to evaluate the sickness of your patients; and identify ways to implement strategies to optimize use of HCC to inform payers about the patients that you see.
