Participants should be able to design a simulation-based assessment activity by drafting objectives, constructing a case, and aligning debriefing strategies. Participants are encouraged to bring an idea to workshop; demonstrate effective debriefing skills by practicing Advocacy-Inquiry techniques and evaluating communication approaches in small-group settings; and formulate strategies to implement and advocate for simulation as a tool for competency assessment and feedback within neurology education programs.
