Participants should be able to understand newly characterized, as well as classical, inherited disorders of CNS myelin; be able to recognize important clues from the clinical syndromes, patterns of inheritance, and a patient's imaging studies to generate an appropriate differential diagnosis and strategy for diagnostic testing for a patient with suspected leukodystrophy.
