Participants should understand the principles of EBM and critical review and how these apply to bedside neurology practice; learn how to deconstruct published articles, assess their accuracy and rigor, and make appropriate evidence-based clinical decisions at the bedside based on that assessment; and know how to avoid being misled by bias and the misuse of statistical procedures.
