Headache
Participants should be able to evaluate headache in the emergency room by categorizing the signs and symptoms associated with primary and secondary syndromes. In appraising these characteristics of common and uncommon reasons patients may present to the ED with a vague chief complaint of headache, they should be able to implement the appropriate diagnostic testing to increase diagnostic accuracy and thus facilitate the appropriate management paradigm associated with the underlying diagnosis behind the complaint
