Participants should be able to identify a good concept for testing and, depending on the learner, purpose of the assessment, and relevant assessment standards; describe best practices for multiple-choice question (MCQ) item writing and recognize common pitfalls; recognize sources of bias in MCQ item development; and develop and evaluate new MCQ items. We aim to identify and educate future contributors to assessment tools from the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ and other sources.
