General Neurology
This will be an interactive panel discussion for all aspiring students and trainees in neurosciences and medicine to educate and share knowledge, experiences, and perspectives of underrepresented populations in the neurosciences. There will be opportunities for questions and comments from the attendees. At the end of the session, attendees will understand the value of diversity and its central role in achieving success in a medical organization, specifically in the neurosciences; interact and explore lessons learned UIN which shaped future engagement and involvement in the neurosciences; and examine skills, and personal insights to navigate a career in neuroscience as a student underrepresented in medicine.
