To be a great leader to service others, one must first be a great leader of themselves. This program identifies strategies to increase the leadership prowess of attendees, beginning with success principles to cultivate personal growth. Topics for this program include: developing personal goals; cultivating personal growth; using action to face fears; implementing positive habits for success and life balance.
