Participants should be able to identify stressors contributing to burnout in learners. Specific needs of trainees during the COVID-19 crisis will be addressed. Attendees will learn strategies to mitigate burnout through feedback and reflection, work burden reduction, educational and social programming, and environment adaptation. Strategies for trainee participation and feedback using tele-platforms in clinical settings and approaches to engaging learners when teaching remotely are highlighted.
